Growing Your Own Fruit and Vegetables
We grow our own fruit and vegetables for our meals for as much of the year as we can. Without a greenhouse we have to buy shop food in the winter months but in the spring, summer and autumn we often have enough to share with family and friends.

A Good Year On the Allotment for Fruit Crops.
This year I have the best crops of blackcurrants, redcurrants and white currants, as well as Tayberrys and raspberries, the strawberries were good too but they are finished now. The result of such an abundant harvest of fruit is that I am having to squeeze the cartons of fruit to be stored into the space that I have on the freezer. Of course, I am not missing out on the chance to eat the berries and currants, either freshly picked or cooked up.
