When you are considering buying bedding plants remember you could be wasting your money; if we get a 'late frost' or drop in temperature and they are not used to being outside you may lose them overnight.
Often the bedding plants that on sale in the multiple stores are undercover and have not been accustomed to the drop in temperatures overnight. If you were growing them from seed you would gradually accustom them to outside temperatures by putting them outside in the day time and bringing them in evening times to keep them sheltered overnight.

Growing Your Own Fruit and Vegetables
We grow our own fruit and vegetables for our meals for as much of the year as we can. Without a greenhouse we have to buy shop food in the winter months but in the spring, summer and autumn we often have enough to share with family and friends.
Read about growing your fruit and vegetables here on my growing your own food pages.
